Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

A contract is formed between Online Ecommerce Ltd and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered.

Delivery And Handling Online Ecommerce Ltd Charges £4.95 + Vat delivery per order. Free next day delivery on orders over £50.00 excl. Vat (£60.00 Incl Vat).

Online Ecommerce Ltd deliver within the mainland UK (excl. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Locations). We do not offer free delivery to the following postcodes and due to additional costs may charge extra for the following post codes AB, HA, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA and PH. If a customer orders from a postcode area incurring an extra delivery charge not indicated in the checkout process, the customer will be contacted by phone or email and given the option to pay any extra charges or cancel the order. Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns.

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days (excl. weekends and bank holidays) for stock items. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted by phone, fax or e-mail with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products.

You must take reasonable care of the Product(s) and not use them. The goods should be in a new and unused condition and must be returned with and wherever possible in the original packaging.

Please note that your right to return products does not apply to products which are made to measure or personalised goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of you notifying us of your wish to return the goods and cancel the contract.

Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns unless they are faulty or not as described.
