If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note that Vanstoragesolutions.co.uk do not manufacture the products and accessories sold and we reserve the right to use products produced or sold by other suppliers.

Shipping And Handling

Vanstoragesolutions.co.uk offer free delivery within the mainland UK (excl. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Locations). We do not offer free delivery to the following postcodes and due to additional costs may charge extra for the following post codes AB, HA, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA and PH. If a customer orders from a postcode area incurring an extra delivery charge not indicated in the checkout process, the customer will be contacted by phone or email and given the option to pay any extra charges or cancel the order. Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns. This Online shopping site cannot be used to place orders outside the mainland UK.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days (excl. weekends and bank holidays) for stock items. Expected delivery dates or times given by Vanstoragesolutions.co.uk, our suppliers, or our carriers are given as a guide only. We cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred from delivery at a different date or time.

Returns Policy

Important signing of the carriers ticket. Check all goods for quantity and damage before signing the carriers ticket. NO CLAIM for loss or damage will be accepted once the ticket has been signed under the text RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION. Just signing as "unchecked" or "unexamined" is NOT acceptable for a later claim. In the event of damaged goods, do not accept delivery and sign the carriers ticket DAMAGED and then contact Vanstoragesolutions.co.uk. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCEEDURE YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS TO RETURN ANY ITEMS. THESE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Products can only be returned if faulty, or not made to the specification given. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories (other agreed returns must also be in as-new condition).

If the products are considered faulty by Vanstoragesolutions.co.uk or the manufacturer we will at our discretion either rectify the problem or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage costs. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty a fee for carriage will be charged for re-delivery and the goods will be returned to you with no credit being made to your account or refund given. If Vanstoragesolutions.co.uk accept the return of non faulty goods a restocking charge of £10.00 or 20 percent of order whichever is the greater will apply. Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns.

Please allow 14 days from date of return for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
